This was a well-preserved ruin, sitting in a picturesque setting next to a quiet river. There was only one sign at the entrance, with some general information about the friary; we found no other signs anywhere that would give more information about the various rooms...More

Down by the banks of the Moy sits this amazing building with Moyne Abbey just down the road. Must have been an extraordinary place of peace; quiet and reflection prior to being destroyed.

Rosserk is fairly easy to get to. The well-preserved building is in a picturesque setting. It's not that far off the road, so definitely worth a look.

This is a spectacular friary and is well intact. It's open to the public and easy to get to as there's a car park right next to it. The structure is incredible and for anyone interested in the history of it there's an information board.
