We walked up to the tower then completed the loop to the car park. It was very windy but, despite that, was well worth the walk which took us experienced walkers 70 minutes

Stunning views. Lovely family walk. Would have like an information board at the summit, especially explaining ruins of the RIC barracks at the top.
