Easily accessible by dart and foot. Quite a few things to see as well. Do factor in half a day to explore the island and not to rush through it. Beautiful place. The market is a little small though. My personal fav gotta be the...More

This is a good place for all ages. Can get a bus from the city where Howth is the last stop. Wonderful lush green hills. Facing the cold sea. It's got a lighthouse.

This place is gorgeous. Someone I met on the airplaine to Dublin recommended this place and I really enjoyed it. Want to go back very soon!

Short easy walk from the hotel with beautiful landscapes of vegetation, hills and ocean. Even on a misty day, the walk was worth it.

Howth is a paradise a short hop from Dublin, the fresh sea air, the wild beauty of nature. Plenty of parking both in the village and on the summit and a great choice of bars and restaurants.

I agree with every positive review about these walks. If any confusion there is a small information booth near the main carpark with helpful staff & maps. We walked the purple trail, Frog in the Bog. Take the footpath all the way beside the harbour,...More
