From start to finish the cruise was very enjoyable. There was over 40 of us and we got off at the Chalets Glasson for a lovely bbq. A cruise on the Shannon is a must if your in Athlone and Mike is so helpful.

It goes from Athlone to the Hodson Bay Hotel - stops there to pick up passengers and then goes back into Athlone. No stop at Clonmacnoise. 10 Euro per adult / 5 per kid or 30 for family (around 45 Aus $)
