The burren is interesting but not overwhelming. The painted desert and Death Valley are as interesting. The barrenness of the area is just rocky with small vegetation Driving through was enough for us.

It is on the Atlantic Coastway and definitely worth a stop. Take a walk around the place! You can spent around 45 Minutes having a look around but not that much more in general 😀

We stopped at the Burren for pictures on our recent CIE Tour of Ireland. It was very beautiful. Set right by the sea, it was one of those amazing places you'll always remember.

The Limestone Hills and fields of the Burren Landscape are vast and seem to go on forever and are protected and great to walk around. Lovely part of Ireland!

Be sure to take the corkscrew drive from Ballyvaughn to the Cliffs of Moher and stop at the designated area to look down over the beautiful landscape of the burden.
