Interesting way to spend an evening. Medieval themed dinner with costumed entertainers. Dinner was good and plentiful and we appreciated that wine was included. Yes, you're sitting with strangers but make the most of it and make some new friends.

Well first I'll say it was very good food. You do eat everything with your fingers. No silverware. We had ribs,chicken,potatoes,apple cake and a sweet honey wine

You can book through the website. TA won't let me post the link so just Google Bunratty Castle Banquet. The website is called Shannon Heritage. It is very easy.

Is there any wheelchair access? probably a tall order as it's a castle but worth asking I think .
