It was quite the windy day - when we were at Lehinch Beach in October. It's beauty was breathtaking that day. Great to explore and take in the scenery. It was grand to walk about and watch the waves beating on the shore. The town...More

Absolutely love this place. Has something for all ages. Myself and the older kids took in the surfing while my husband entertained the youngest in the playground.

The beach in Lahinch is rocky (posting photo) giving way to beautiful sand as one progresses up the coast. A nice stop to stretch legs enroute to the Cliffs of Moher.

Popular and for good reason. One of the best surfing spots on the west coast. Lots of restaurants and bars close by too.

Gorgeous stretch of a beach with a lovley atmosphere, plenty of people around surfing, swimming, waking the dogs. We stopped at a nearby restaurant with views and it was so lovley. A nice pitstop whole on route to the cliffs of moher.

Lovely wide sandy beach when the tide is out. Well loved by surfers. Promenade to stroll along. Windy on second day of visit....hence the surf....but a bracing walk!

Lovely view overlooking the beach. Nice rolling surf that was being enjoyed by many people. Enjoyed the beach.

Lahinch Beach in County Clare is a wonderful traditional Irish beach complete with promenade and a more recently added lower deck promenade. Surf, walk, windsurf, swim, stroll along this beach and enjoy.
