I enjoyed viewing this beach. It was a rainy day in April and the temperature was in the 50s so no swimming for us. Although 2 young ladies did jump in while we were there.

Nice crescent beach and popular holiday spot for both family surfers and golfers. Like so much of the west coast of Ireland blasted by Atlantic waves so a great place to learn surfing from the local schools

Busy place arrived Saturday afternoon and difficult to park the camper van. Beautiful beach lots of nice cafes, shops and pubs easy to spend a day here. Weather not good enough the sunbathe but great for walking.

Lahinch is one of the great beaches of Ireland, but as a *picnic* destination, you might find some challenges from wind and sand. The constant Atlantic winds that provide 5-star surfing conditions are the enemy of a nice picnic - I had plenty there as...More

Wow , I never expected beaches like this in Ireland. Long, lovely with easy access. We were on our way to ferry from Cliffs of Moher and this was a perfect place for a short stop.
