Arrived slightly before opening time. Coffee and an egg & bacon bap was well cooked. Staff very kind and helpful. Then we went to purchase a dinner service. Staff again very polite, kind and helpful. But the whole experience was ruined by very young children...More

Called in at Denby Pottery at 2.15pm this afternoon- decided to call into the restaurant for a drink & sandwich with my husband & daughter. Seriously wish we hadn't of bothered! Whilst the sandwich was ok, the service was terrible. No care taken over anything...More

Excessive packaging, appallingly cheap and tasteless white bread, poor quality ham and limp piece of lettuce. Just under £5!! Most tables not cleared or cleaned and yet very quiet. Disgraceful for a venue promoting British goods and tourism. Avoid eating here at all costs. And...More
