We visited on a hot day in August with our children (10, 15 and 18). The manager was so welcoming and explained everything to us. The park is excellent value and our children could try all the different courses in their own time, with no pressure to rush onto the next course. When our son got a little stuck, one of the instructors was so helpful. The day was only marred by one rude instructor (C) who made disparaging remarks (which we could translate!), provided a lazy safety briefing and had a very surly attitude, which was a shame. I thought the set up was great but we were made to feel totally unwelcome... the staff were the rudest bunch of instructors I have ever know... there was no encouragement or praise, just shaking of the heads and shouting ... I wouldn’t go back even though the course was good

Good evening, you've probably been in another park. Most reviews concern the courtesy of our staff. Or maybe you had a wrong behavior that led our staff to have a severe tone. As always the reviews about the staff are not very useful, it always depends on the circumstances. I'm glad you liked the "the set up".

I took my tall (1.08m) 3 year old for her first ropes experience and it was fantastic. The equipment was good, course deserted & instructors had a good attitude to make it safe & fun! It’s €12 for the small courses which includes 3 variations with rope swing to finish. You’re given enough time to complete it twice over. It’s shady so pleasant on a hot day. Bring a picnic as only a basic cafe but it does do a coffee. …

We came on a rainy day with our three kids (10,8 and 3 years old). The experience was absolutely amazing!! Great adventure for the kids! Wonderful and helpful stuff and all together a highly recommended attraction for all the family in Italy!
