A lunch menu at a cheese place with almost no items featuring cheese. They don’t make grilled cheese sandwiches. Three soups, none of which were vegetarian. Three sandwiches, none were vegetarian. And that was about it. Disappointed. And even though it’s practically in wine country,...More

This is a very interesting store. You can watch the cheese process via a window into the production area. You can also sample a number of their specialty cheeses. They also have other merchandise for sale.

Like their ice cream cones, and also love their sausage roll, and the cheeses are quite delicious! Try the strong cheddar cheeses.

Lots of options for cheese and the food is very good. The staff are great - especially Wendy, senior baker/server. The building is getting quite run down and repairs need to be made. No effort by the owner to beautify the patio with flowers, etc....More

We stopped at this location about 1/2h before close. We were able to sample a large variety of cheese and picked up four blocks. Awesome cheese. You can get a great deal at the end of the day with the BOGO areas. I'll go back!

So many cheeses!!!! Great prices. 25% off for cheese ends and scraps. Same quality cheese just odd looking chunks. Fabulous deal. I had a ginormous ice cream. Delicious waffle cone, huge generous scoop of ice cream. Love cheese!

Everything we had here was bland. They didn't even bring butter with the scones. Many of the cheeses weren't very good (and we enjoy exotic cheeses) and everything in the two-for-one cooler was mysteriously twice the price of the same cheese in the regular cooler....More

Best to call the store directly and check. I do not know if they have low salt cheddar. With the large variety they have----I'm sure they can satisfy your need. Good Luck.
