From the attractive statuary and picnic spot at the roadside, take either of two staircases. Both lead to a platform after 10-15 minutes climb. From here you can choose to go to the right up stairs to the cave or left between two 3-headed nagas...More

I walked from town and followed some steep steps to a junction . I decided to turn left and walked up a further 1000+ steps to reach a magnificent new Temple and a cave . Well worth the effort.

Short walk from Phattalung train station (about 2 km to the base of the mountain). There's the temple on the side of the mountain. It's quiet safe to climb to the top of the mountain, and make sure you bring the mosquito spray or lotion!
