Free parking. be careful when arriving because they have only put telepass on the motorway, it's a shame that no one warns you and with the navigator you arrive directly there.
There's a lot of walking to see other things. Instead the cave is immediately there

If you love geology and want to see caves growing up in front you: go there!
In fact, here the water makes caves. But in the other way around: not by eroding but by building through precipitation of calcium carbonate.
It's a rare phenomenon that deserves your attention. You can also take relief from the fresh air in the woods and some good traditional food nearby, just few miles up on the hills.
Half way between Florence and Bologna.

Although this place is quite small, it’s well worth the visit. It’s beautiful, you can climb in to the grotto, it’s peaceful and you have numerous places to eat a picnic around the site.
The site history was only in Italian, which isn’t my first language (!) it would have been nice to get the full context in English too, but my bad for not speaking Italian!
It’s very pretty and I enjoyed the 60 minute visit. It looked like there was a walk to be enjoyed too, but with a wheelchair in tow we didn’t risk the unknown...

It is a beautiful place to visit. It could also be considered as a spot for a romantic out as well. Definitely a picnic spot for a family. Peaceful and mesmerising atmosphere.

Beautiful to go there at least once! The best thing is that there is a public toilet, clean, with soap and toilet paper, there are also benches where you can eat in fact we had a picnic, the caves are small so you can see in no time, but it was a nice experience

Small site with caves and water that make this place a really beautiful place. Free parking on the street and 5 minute walk. Worth the detour

Nice caves, although relatively small, in 10 minutes you saw everything. Considering all the way to get there, it is advisable to go there only if you also intend to have a picnic, where there is an equipped open space, or use it as a starting point for trails.

The caves are nice but the nearby paths are little marked you do not understand where to go .. bleak place in a day we did not meet anyone ... the bar was closed and there is nothing where you can drink and eat ... should be managed better .. especially mark the paths
