Come and visit Paradise Wildlife Park, the most interactive zoo in Britain. Based at Broxbourne in Hertfordshire, we are open all year round, every weekday and weekend! The brilliant design of our enclosures means that you can meet some amazing animals face to face! We have a huge collection of over 500 animals including the best collection of big cats on display in Britain. Our cats include: white tigers, white lions, Amur tigers, snow leopards, cheetahs and ocelots. We also have penguins, meerkats, monkeys, gibbons, lemurs, zebras, tapirs, wolves, wallabies, reptiles, birds and much, much more! We are unique because you can touch and even feed many of the animals in the Animal Park by purchasing one of our specially prepared animal feedbags. Have fun in one of our five adventure playgrounds, at the daily shows and meet the keeper sessions.

Brilliant day which was very warm, however the venue almost costs the same as ZSL Whispnade which is a lot bigger and has more animals on offer. The welfare of the animals is great, and keepers were helping the animals manage the heat.

I was taken there for my 30th birthday where I enjoyed the tickle a tapir experience. It was amazing and something I'll never forget. The tapir did start eating my hair at one point but it all added to the fun! I was quickly rescued...More

I thought it was excellent value for money, compared to Colchester Zoo and other similar establishments. I went with my two daughters aged 16 and 20. The place is clean and smart and most of the animals were clearly visible behind low-level glass so children...More

I visited Paradise Wildlife park last year with my boyfriend. This is probably a pointless review for me to write as, I'm not entirely keen on zoos, so this one didn't really do much for me. Seeing the animals is amazing for kids, but it's...More

Good afternoon, All of our enclosures are the correct size for each of our animals, otherwise we would not be able to hold our zoo licence. Thank you for your review. Regards PWP
