Everything you need in one place
Went to Batam for friend’s wedding over the weekend. We practically spend everyday on Grand Batam mall. It has everything you need to fullfill everyone’s need. Supermarket yes at the basement. Good coffee at Toby’s Estate ground floor. Massage is just next door from the Mall entrance. Eska wellness. There’s salon for a quick wash and blow. A couple of Nail salons. What could be better than fullfilling everyone’s need 🤣🤗 can stay at Artotel across the mall.

    Love it!
Visited this new mall. Love it! Very happy to see that there is Ayam Penyet Ria here. And of course the supermarket for your necesities. Almost everything under 1 roof. Spent more than 7hrs here. The best part is, no problem booking your own online cab unlike other malls where you have to pay double if not triple for their cabs. We will be returning back to this mall VERY SOON.

Nice to laze and stroll around after you get tired if Nagoya Hill
We took a Grab ride from our hotel and it was just a short distance away. New and large, not many people were there. Good variety of restaurant, shops, furniture shop, toiletries, cosmetics and a Top 100 hypermarket which is much bigger than the one at Nagoya Hill mall. Got my retail therapy here.

Very new mall. We tot no free wifi. Go concierge and the id password is there. Many food establishments and not crowded. But no matahari dept stores. There is a top100 supermarket but look old. There is a big bookshop ( not cheap) vs one stationery inside top100 supermkt. Fruits in supermarket expensive. There is Guardian, Social Bread, miniso. We do takeaway at duck kitchen chinese restaurant and ate lunch japan3se food kimukatsu. Food is yummy. Easy to get grab to and fro hotel. Not so crowded compare to Nagoya. Around the mall has many spa and restaurants.

For those who bring young kids, go to KIDZILLA. It is so big and fun which you can't find in SG. 2 hour is around S$14 and full-day is around S$16. We had lunch at Daun Pisang resto which is same floor as Kidzilla and the food was good and affordable. Remember to try the crepe just outside the restaurant too! One of places you must visit when in Batam.

Problem is difficult to cross the road. It I a better mall or higher end compare to other older mall in batam. Plenty of restaurants here. The security guard is very helpful to help mall customers to cross the road by stopping the traffic for you. Very good services.

I recently went in mid October 2022. I was very impressed with this mall, as it has all sorts of eateries , shops , clothes, supermarket. The shop selling sporting equipment and sporting goods are at the 1st floor, and it worth a visit. Worth to come here to take a look, if you are short of time, because it is just directly opposite the ferry terminal.

This is one of the better and newer shopping Malls around Batam, the usual international Brand’s are here, Starbucks, Koi, Uniqlo etc, with a good mix of local shops. Fashion outlets here are interesting, a good blend of local and international styles. Will like to come back here again, this one is definitely on our bookmarks.

I was so excited to visit the Mall on the first try after not been to Batam for 13 yrs. So I chose the newest Mall. Me and my wife was there even before the Mall opens. And since just finished our buffet breakfast from the resort. I need to use the toilet only to be disappointed that there were no paper toilet. I thought only on that floor, but lo and behold, I went a few floors and all result were the same. And I asked a few locals, how you going to use toilet without available toilet paper ...they said its common no paper toilet. Beware for my fellow tourist...this is a 3rd World country culture.
