About
The Magical World of Tasmazia is a crazy complex located in the wonderfully named promised land in the heart of tasmania's beautiful cradle mountain and lakes district. Tasmazia includes 8 mazes, featuring The Great Maze - at the time of planting the world's largest - as well as The Village of Lower Crackpot, a whimsical model village built to 1/5th scale, Embassy Gardens, a self serve Cafeteria, Gift Shop, Lavender Farm, and ever present views of majestic Mount Roland. For many of us, getting lost when on holiday is something we try to avoid, but it's totally exhilarating at Tasmazia! And don't think we're a theme park just for kids, Tasmazia has a great range of attractions to offer the entire family!

Great food, Poor experience

If not for the food which I must say was amazing (no pun intended) then I wouldn’t of given any stars. Highly overpriced and not really much fun. The maze would of been better if perhaps the little houses were scattered throughout the mazes. We had a ten year old with us and she was very disappointed indeed same as we were 😞😞

Great for little kids

We were hesitant at the price but our kids LOVED this place. They had so much fun, especially running around the village.

The pancakes were a nice bonus.

A Maze Zing

Such a great place, we had a blast getting lost in all the mazes. Even all the little extras like the village and the corrections Centre were amazing..... Also they lent us a power pack to get the car started after I left the lights on, thank you for a great time!

You have to visit this place

This place has so much to do….don’t be fooled thinking you’ll just be going around a maze and then leave…..it’s an awesome place and so very well thought out. Be prepared to spend longer than you planned here….so much to see and do and the work that has gone into it is to be appreciated.

Recommended - good fun

First stop was The Promised Land (I kid you not) where we visited “Tasmazia and the Village of Lower Crackpot”.... a major tourism venue located in the middle of nowhere. It is the world’s largest maze complex - 8 mazes; 2 model villages; and other good stuff. Well, it turns out that we are the world's worst maze explorers - we failed to get through a single maze. Fun but really frustrating!!.

Don't miss this place, it is amazing.
The mazes are fun, the tiny houses are funny and the pancakes are very tasty.
It is best enjoyed in a sunny day, but do not let the rain stop you.

Great day for big and little kids :) Well worth the trip. Can't fault it at all. I wish I could have visited as a kid! I will be back with a pen and cross off everything to look for and won't leave until I'm done! Lovely staff and exceptional facilities. Quite humorous jokes and sayings around the maze and thoughtful messages if you look hard enough. Thank you to Brian for creating such a place.

Great fun

This was the second time visiting this place as the first time it was pouring with rain. We had a great time trying to get through the 5 different mazes and looking at the village's of crackpot. I did find it too expensive for what it is $85 for a family that's just me though. If you haven't done it before then it is deffinetely a place to do.

What a fun filled adventure in this world class attraction. We were a group ranging from age 7 to 70 and everyone had heaps of fun. Multiple mazes , miniature villages, gift store and a cafe. Little pricey but We spend 3 hours here and had to drag some of them out, haha. Well worth the drive.
