Painshill is rarely busy but it is a lovely place to go for walks any time of the year, with wonderful landscapes, interesting constructions and an interesting history. Especially good for visiting Father Christmas in the crystal grotto.

Beautiful and peaceful place. Lovely walks and scenery. Recently restored grotto makes the visit even more special. Enjoyed by adults and kids aged 9 and 11. Takes just over 2 hours to visit most of the sites. Easy parking on site.
