Nice beach to walk and look for cool rocks. At least that's what we did. We went in September so it was too cool for a dip in the water. I would imagine in season, there are more boats.

Friends graciously invited us to stay on their yacht anchored here over the Independence Day Holiday. We had such a fun time and look forward to visiting again.

We drove to this end of the island from Block Island Ferry area. It was a great place to stop and go kayaking to break up the drive around the island. Very peaceful and picturesque.

This is one of our favorite places on earth! It's laid back and beautiful. The view is perfect day and night. The water is calm and clear. We never miss a chance to visit

Boast launch on Payne Rd, make sure it is high tide as there are many shallow areas. Lots of shore birds. Pretty and tranquil.

We rented paddle boards here for $30/hr each. The staff were kind, efficient and helpful in getting us on and off the boards. The salt pond was a calm place to paddle; we went to both ends and were gone around an hour. It was...More
