About
At Aloe Park you can see the plantations of Aloe Vera, a plant known worldwide for its countless applications in cosmetics and pharmacology, of recognized effectiveness. From these crops we obtain the raw material we use for our products. But not only you will learn about Aloe Vera. In the tour of the park there are several explanations about the native flora of the Canary Islands, tropical fruits, the different stages of banana cultivation, the use of cochineal, etc. You can also see a large collection of cacti, and observe different farm-animals. In the model, made of volcanic stone, which represents the southern part of the island of Tenerife, the visitor is exposed to the issue of lack of water in the Canary Islands and its capture through galleries. Other attractions are the gofio mill, the main food of the Canarian people since time immemorial, and the exhibition of various farm machinery

Great opportunity to learn about a Tenerife farm operation
Feb 2020 • Couples
Appreciated and enjoyed the opportunity to learn about this independent family farm business. The excellent guide (who worked there 20 plus years) shared her knowledge and passion of the farm and Tenerife life. We saw bananas, aloe vera, guava, peppers, animals, and beautiful horticulture. The cactus and other trees, and flowers were well cared for and in immaculate gardens and walkways-Oh the peaceful beauty of the farm. There was an opportunity to purchase aloe Vera products and banana liquor but no pressure at all. A unique and learning opportunity we were glad to not have missed. ( a $12 taxi ride from los Cristianos).

Something Different - You'll Love It
Jun 2019 • Couples
Visit to Aloe Park was certainly one of our highlights in Tenerife. It's not just Aloe Vera plants that you're seeing but a whole wide range of plants and wildlife. The tour guide was very nice and friendly and explained everything very well. There's a real nice natural, family, authentic feel to the place. Try something different - you'll love it! Ideal for couples - teenagers/kids might find it lame.

Get away from the seafront, the noise, the people
Feb 2019 • Couples
Lovely - just a really nice few hours of quiet, interesting, relaxed guided tour of this unique farm.
The place serves good, cheap, coffee, there are a few animals, there's a shop selling all thier products & a few local things like some jewellery, banana liqour, pottery etc.#
The tour is very informative & interesting, the guide speaks English, you can get a fresh fruit smoothie etc, (you pay).
Relaxing outdoor & indoor seating.
Less than 10 euros taxi from Los Christianos.
We left the teenagers on the beach as they would have found it a little too slow & dull, not one for that age group in general I'd say.
Very friendly staff.
Well worth a visit

Avarage park, overpriced fee
Jul 2018 • Couples
Small park, just guided tour possible. Somehow interesting, but definitely not worth the price. A lot of dry plants. At the beginning free banana liquor, in the middle payable juice (2,5e). Guides helpful, in the store much overpriced products. You can buy them much cheaper at North.

Dear customer: Thank you for your opinion and for your visit. We will take it into account to improve. We are sorry you feel it is not worthy. We hope you understand that the entry price is determined by the park's maintenance costs. Regarding our shop, the aloe vera products we sell, are made by ourselves from the aloe that you have seen in our plantations, our own ecological crops.

Hallo Aloe
Apr 2018 • Couples
Not my headline. Mum’s!
We enjoyed a lovely trip to Aloe Park on the recommendation of our friend Ali, who went there decades ago. Suspect not a lot has changed, including the very informative guide. It’s not slick but in its charming home-spun way the Aloe Park really draws you in to the growing of Aloe Vera and banana plants, their history and the topography of the Canary Isles, with a series clever scale models. The range of cacti on display is awesome along with the lovely Monarch butterflies that abound here.
The shop is also worth a visit for high quality products of Aloe Vera from the farm. It’s worth tracking down for an hour or so in the countryside.

Peaceful and yet very informative
Dec 2017 • Family
Came here many years ago and decided to come back for a refresher and enjoyed our guide who explained well the Aloe Vera growth and benefits of this plant to humans.
Also a chance to learn how the banana plants produce and the plants life cycle.
Very good tour guide and unhurried approach.
Sadly it was very quiet ...we seemed to be the only ones there! Somehow there needs to be more effort in promoting the venue and thus more people to give it some atmosphere. Mind you...this was the first week of December which is low season for tourism.
Newborn goats were lovely . Also rabbits and a donkey on site.
Would I recommend...yes.
