Sad to say on our visit the Blue Hole arch was no more. Even though we were aware of the collapse, a visit to the seashore was worth the visit. Bring your won picnic, the plethora of pop up tourist traps are not the best

Sadly, the Azure Window is no more, but the surrounding coast is spectacular even without the landmark, so don't skip a trip to Dwejra, especially if you can squeeze in a sunset there.

Via the stairs and a short, very doable climb, you can witness the Blue Hole from sea-level. There you can see, hear and feel the hole getting filled by sea-water with every wave. Cool to look at! Wear waterproof footwear.

This place is amazing! I've waited a whole year to dive here. Last year, the wind was strong, so no dive for me at the blue hole. But this year, the sea was so peaceful and here I was. It was worth all the wait,...More

Dwejra Point though is fascinating with the rock pools and rock formations. Need sturdy shoes to walk on them. The rock formations are on par with Giants Causeway!! Beware locals who try to sell you books showing the Arch and car parking. Car park is...More

Ok the arch is gone, but a boat trip from the Inland Sea and through a narrow tunnel in the rocks is still a worthwhile and affordable experience.

You might be tempted not to visit now that the Blue Hole has fallen into the sea, but in my opinion that would be a mistake. This is still a real beauty spot, and the inland sea, and cave entrance to it are well worth...More

This so called blue hole was lost a year ago on women's day 2017. It was a unique landmark in the small island of Gozo

It’s about 5 minutes if you’re fit. Need suitable footwear as you are walking on rocks.
