This is a terrific spot for anyone more interested in a self-guided vacation than packaged tours. Definitely worth the trip for anyone in Los Cabos, or southern Baja. It's about 1.5 hours from the hotel corridor (a little more from Cabo San Lucas, a little...More

We rented a car at our resort, got a map and set out to find the water fall. We made it to Santiago, and then found the dirt road. It was several miles in, watched for all the signs. Made it to the entrance, parked...More

We came down for and amazing weekend lost in the wildness and it was so perfect! No internet and candle lights instead of light bulbs! It was very romantic and adventurous.

When you get to Santiago town square, ask for directions to the gravel road all the way to the Hot Springs and waterfalls. This a beautiful oasis set against a canyon to explore both a hot spring and a number of small cool alcove pools...More

A beautiful, tranquil respite from the madding beach crowds at Cabo. Santiago is about 1 to 1 1/2 hours from Cabo San Lucas. You drive past San Juan del Capo through a sere desert landscape. Take the exit to Santiago. As you enter the town,...More

We heard about the waterfalls and decided to take a day trip from Los Barriles. We looked on-line for directions and the ones we found were horrible. But after several back- tracks we found it. A beautiful site but a little cold for swimming. The...More

A short (10/15 minutes) path through the beautiful landscape takes you to the waterfall. The pond has crystal clear, very cold water (it was not that hot on the day so we did not swim in it), surrounded by big boulders, low vegetation and tall...More

Hi. It's about 25 minutes from SJD, so add from CSL to that. There's a clearly marked overhead road sign to Santiago on the highway. Once you're in town, there are many signs along the way to the waterfall or ask any local... More
