When I went to go ziplining, the most crucial carabiner was not fully closed and the safety was therefore not on. This was the carabiner that attached the entire harness to the line, so without it, you'll fall. I was very lucky that my boyfriend saw it in time, because none of the staff checked it at any point. I could've died on the rocks below.

Other than this bad experience, the Grand Canyon water park is an awesome place where you can easily spend a full day. It's lots of fun for both kids and adults and there are many things you can try, depending on how much of a daredevil you are. Our favourite part was wakeboarding. The instructor is amazing and her English was great. We were able to stand on the board and make turns within half an hour! The wakeboarding is definitely a must-try.

We had a great day in the water park and can definitely recommend it to families, couples, or friend groups alike. Just don't try the zipline :)

Best thing we did in Chiang Mai. 600 baht gives you access to all the inflatable wipeout style obstacles as seen in the photos. You also get a life jacket and a go on the zip line. Shame the zip line isn't into the water, that would be so much more fun! All the pieces were working, but could do with some more handles to pull yourself back up.

Hit the waterslides on the side of the cliff, as well as the 10m cliff dive platform. The trampoline and other activities were cool. Didn't do the wakeboarding this time.

My partner took the kids to the kids area which was fun with slides and a water bucket. The lifeguard was going down the slides, he must have the best job ever!

It was very hot, had a few ice cold beers and some fries in the cafe after. Bit expensive but the EDM club music playing in the background made up for it.

Would recommend for a fun day out, my arms are still sore!

I took my 2 kids here for a day as they advertised a special price through Facebook page. It is a big area but some of the inflatable track were unable as they had detoriorated and not been repaired but with not many people there we used was inflated and had fun. The kids enjoyed the tower with the slides and jump spots. Better for older kids.

An truly amazing experience. We visited late Oct 2020 with two young children (6 & 8). We were the only people there for the entire day! Price was around 350 baht per person for the whole day. This includes whole day access to inflatables, one go on zip line, kayaks, and one go on tubes. The restaurant is reasonably priced and very tasty. Note: you are not allowed to bring any food or drink into the park, it gets taken from you at the gate and you can pick it up when you leave.
Inflatables are looking tired in places - many climbing straps broken and most ladders and pull up straps broken. This didn’t affect us much though as there were plenty of lifeguards there to help us.
All lifeguards are very friendly and professional. We even left our children to play on the inflatable park while we sat in the cafe and had a drink. The lifeguards were happy to play with them and have fun. Our children really warmed to them. The water itself is not cold at all - a very pleasant temperature.
The venue and setup is done very well with a western theme (cowboys and cowgirls etc). It works really well.
The whole place is very clean and very safe.
I would highly recommend if you are ever in Chiang Mai.

Its actually a lot harder than it looks but it is super fun! There are parts where the ladder rungs are broken straps to pull yourself up are broken. This makes it hard to pull yourself out but the staff is placed along the course and are always helping you get out! They also help you get on some of the fun floaties. The slides are fun but some shoot you crazy far. The trampoline and jumping deck area is really fun and my boyfriend did it so many times. The zipline is fun and we got to kayak around too! Fun day and also a workout!

Wakeboarding was the most amazing experience with a real kick of adrenaline. The staff was super nice and the best. The whole park is amazing, reserve at least 5 hours and you would not regret. Definitely a must during the visit in Chiang Mai!!
