The stepwell is breathtaking, takes you back in time. Built in the 7th century about 7000 steps over a 100 feet deep. Must step walking around taking in the rural atmosphere and also visit Harshat Mata Temple.

Chand baori is a deepest step well with 13 levels and large steps. A good place to visit. Hardly 2 hours drive from jaipur. Worth visiting. Please note that entering into baori is prohibited now since last few years.

Chand Baori is a 30-minute detour each-way from the main highway connecting Jaipur to Agra. It is a beautiful step well located in a small village. There are no entrance fees to the well, although people may approach you to ask for a fee.
