So this winery was booked for a private tour and lunch for one of three wineries we would visit in a week long visit to the area. The vintner met us early in the morning and we began our tour from the grapes to the vats to the bottle, we saw it all. The tour was informative , educational. We asked questions he answered each and every one of them. After the tour we went in for sampling. The wines were all good and distinct, I prefer a dry red and found the Chianti Classico was my favorite. The lunch we were served was served with a variety of wines. There were three couples and each of us purchases a number of bottles for consumption while on vacation. This tour was planned in advance and don’t think walk in tours are accepted. I would do this tour again in heartbeat.…

We visited the winery our first full day in Radda and thoroughly enjoyed it. Angie was our tour guide and she did a great job explaining about Colle Bereto and the various wines. She was very personable, easy to talk with and made us feel welcome. The tasting area is beautiful and the views are amazing It was a perfect way to start our Tuscan holiday and we highly recommend a visit.…

We loved our trip to Colle Bereto - we made reservations the day before and lucked out, because they had an opening. We had a private tour, tasting, and lunch, which was one of the highlights of our whole trip in Italy. The vineyard was just gorgeous, and our host was kind and helpful with the tasting. The lunch was homemade and delicious - fresh ravioli, cheese & meat, and a ricotta with honey desert that was out of this world. They let us hang out in the beautiful gardens afterward which was the perfect way to spend the afternoon. Highly recommend!!!…

Wanted to tour a nice winery that is not too touristy and did this place deliver. Bernardo, wine maker n host was very cordial and knowledgeable about this truly organic winery. Our travel agent set up the tasting with a light lunch which was inside a beautiful tasting area. If you are a Chianti fan they will not disappoint. Their Chianti has been served at the White House the past 5 presidents. Drive out was beautiful as you drive past mikes and miles of vineyards. A must!!!…
