The perspective from all the look offs is stunning - you get a very clear picture of the power of the tides. As a bonus, there are some great hiking trails and a huge beach, especially at low tide. PRO TIP: take the Joffrey Trail...More

Nice park area with a short walk to the beach. Stairs down to the beach make for easy access. The beach is rocky with red sand, so make sure you wear suitable shoes. Beautiful spot to check out the tides.

The beach here is expansive, very shallow for a long walk out into the water. The healing mud from the iron rich soil soaks into your skin and makes you feel wonderful. There is a waterfall that comes onto the beach to rinse off in....More

We did the walk through the woods on several trails, and ended up on the look-off trail. Fairly typical trail hiking experience. Lots of camp sites available.

Blomidon is a beautiful beach and park - no restaurant there. There may be a restaurant on the Look-Off above the park... not sure. And... not sure how many it would seat (if that is what you are asking). Cheers!
