Walking through this magnificent under ground world was incredible. Rob was very knowledgeable about various rocks and formations which was interesting and you will never experience something quite as mesmerising as floating through the pitch black under the light of thousands of glowworms to then finish off with a great tubing session down the river. This is a must do... More

We were crazy enough to do the combo day. Big day...lots of wow factor. Morning session you get to see the most amazing cavern of glow worms while drifting through the cave in a tube. Kylie was a very informative guide. Easy tour for the whole family. Now for the crazy part. If you would like to do some real... More

About two and a half hours of being in a cold and slimy wet suit in order to see the glow worms for about 5 minutes. More information should be given in the description. Was told that there would be an option to either walk or go in the water but the walking option was not available.

What a fantastic day, being English and Northern I thought this was expensive, but, and its a big BUT, break it down to what you get, coupled with the professionalism of Kylie, Mark and Pete our guides this is the most amazing experience and full on value for money. Train ride, bush hike, caving, glow worms, (the glow worms are... More

This is a really cool experience; walking through caves, viewing and learning about the amazing formations along the way, then going for a cruise in your tube while you look up at the most incredible viewing of glow worms, followed by a faster fun ride down the river in your tube. We had a really nice and friendly kiwi tour... More

Awesome experience and setting. Highly knowledgeable guide. Really fun. I was worried it would be cold but the wet suits kept me comfortable. The worms are amazing. Caution about low head room, you need to bend down often and some areas can be slick but it is a real caving experience. No sidewalks or electric lights.

Terrible customer service 16/02/2017 Young woman was more interested in chatting up the young Aussie guys sitting at a table in the cafe than attending to us at the reception desk. We left and spent our money elsewhere.

WOW what a day out for the family. It was pouring when we arrived and didn't have big expectations but these were blown away when firstly our transport into the forest was a train. Then once inside the cave it was dry. I've never seen such amazing caves and very accessible for all - apart from the 100 or so... More
