If you want to visit a tequila factory, why not visit the best. A tour of Casa Herradura is a step back in time. This historic hacienda is a beautiful property. Our tour guide Saul was fabulous. We learned so much from him. The historic factory section was so interesting. Save some time for the gift shop at the end... More

A wonderful tour with knowledgeable guide. We learned a lot of the history of Herradura and the process of creating the fine product and scaling it. Definitely worthy the trip. Buy before you hit the airport (twice the price)

You have to visit Cantina Herradura if you are in tequila. First off the facilities are extraordinary. It is a real hacienda and is amazing to see. On top of that the tequila is the best I have ever had. The reposado is amazing and the selection especiale is ridiculous. Hope you go. You will love it. Hire a sriver... More

Several friends joined us as we took a tour of the facility and learned about the art of making Tequila. Our guide, Saul, was not only superb, he took the time to ensure that any questions were answered and never rushed our group. If you want to experience the history and learn about the making of tequila, this is the... More

We were friends who have been to other tequila distilleries, we had gone to a smaller one earlier -- this is the BEST! The receptionist was very accommodating, being we showed up on Sunday afternoon and she found a young couple that spoke English to give us a tour. There was even a man who cut off the agave leaves... Herradura is one of the finest tequilas in the world. After visiting La Casa Herradura in Amatitán, Mexico, one truly appreciates the love that goes into every bottle of tequila! We started our tour with a chance to get the blood pumping in our bodies: we grabbed the el Jimador and started to peel away the layers of the leaves... More

This tour is a must! Went with my dad and other family members. The fun starts as soon as you check in with a mariachi playing for the guests as they wait to board the buses. Our tour started at 9:30, and the drinks started flowing immediately. Our tour guides were so incredibly friendly and helpful!! The tour itself was... More

This was the most beautiful hacienda with impressive rich and historic past. The tour is incredible and the grounds are so beautiful. To learn about how the tequila is made and the incredible painstaking detail is truly enlightening. Their commitment to quality is unmatched. It is a must see. Really!

We were pleasantly surprised by the tour they gave us at Casa Herradura. Saul our guide was very informative & was good about answering all of our questions. It was great to see how the process of making fine tequila has been done for generations. The best part of the tour for me was going to the original factory &... More

One of the things we were looking forward to was visiting a tequileria. As heradura is abrand we drink ourselves, we had to visit. We used the regular busses between guadalajara and tequila, getting off at the roadsign for heredura. Ask the driver to let you know. Then walk a few hundred metres down the road and you will pass...
