Easy walking environment as it's flat and mostly well pathed. Lots to see. Numerous species of birds. Cafe and toilets at the Innovation Centre and also... More

Great afternoon learning to paddleboard with Wakelake at Chasewater. Had coffee and orange/chocolate cake in the busy cafe afterwards and a great cappuccino in the railway cafe (very friendly staff). Nice area to walk in. Free car parking.

We have stopped here for picnics several times, when on a long journey. There is a lovely lake, great for walks & watching the wildlife. There is a cafe & public toilets, and so this is perfect for a short stop. If you have more time, there is a steam railway, mini golf, walking trails & watersports too. Something for... More

This is a great local place for walking, jogging, cycling and watersports. If you are into steam trains, it's a must. Café at the Morrisons side is the best bacon butty around.

Have been visiting this place for a few years but happened to come upon a different entrance one evening last week so called in to walk my dogs. Perfect timing on a warm spring day just as the sun was setting, the lake looked stunning. Had a lovely relaxed evening, walking, playing with the dogs and sitting on the sandy... More
