Beautiful place to spend some time. Great to watch the fishermen, who use planks of wood as boats. Interesting to read the history and legends around the lake.

I am have been visiting this lake for many years, due to it being the only natural lake in Kumasi i will feel good to visit the wonderful lake. its very peaceful area to be away from the hustle and bustling of city center.

Stay, relax, eat, and lots to do at Cocoa Village, Lake Bosumtwi. Very clean rooms and excellent local and European dining. A hidden gem. Matevz and Tjasa perfect hosts.

Try the boat ride at sunset around 5:30pm even the 15 mins ride will be enough! I really enjoyed it and the skies were perfect. Just sad part of the lake had a brown foam on it :(
