A lovely, easy to access, sandy beach that's dog friendly all year round. We were there in April so it was very quiet, I can't comment on how it is in the summer! It's at the end of the world and not the easiest to drive to so it may keep, the swarms away.. Highly recommended.

An absolutely awesome beach for surfers, kite surfing, wind surfing, dog walking or just to sit and watch the waves. Depending on the weather the storms are quite someting i.e. massive waves crashing over the cliffs... sunsets are breathing too. Spent my teenage years in Pembrokeshire and 30 years later it's still my favourite place and has now caprured the... More

We got there for tide's out, which meant the beach is huge. The kids loved messing around on the beach, and searching for Dobby's final resting place. Nearby is the car park with toilets, and can thoroughly recommend the burgers from Cafe MôR, around £6-£10 per head. If you have a good weather day, we recommend this place!

Great beach. Dogs loved it too. Great for dogs before 1st May. Kids spent hours in and out of the water.

Stunning Beach, great rock pools, where you can pay your respects to 79 Royal Marines & Royal Navy Men who lost their lives there in the 2nd World War, very sad But They should never be forgotten. Great beach, with great sand dunes too also lovely bird walks just behind the car park, which is 20ft from the beach. Toilets... More

We run the The Golden Plover Holiday Home and Art Gallery in Warren which is minutes drive away by car or a good 40 minutes by foot. All our guests love this beach and we are lucky enough to have it on our doorstep.

Our preference over many years in Pembrokeshire has always been the rugged rockier beaches but discovered Freshwater about 5 years ago and I have to say it is stunning We visited the beach in October last year and the sunset was breathtaking. Stopped off with the kids on a drive up the coast in January and had a great time.... More

We literally went to a different beach every day on our holiday and this was the one we all wanted to revisit. A massive beach with a rocky outcrop in the middle. Stunning views and great rock pools to explore. The dogs loved running in the surf, and barking at surfers! Would have been great if the Dobby Beach Shell... More

Lovely beach. We were there in November so it was cold and we had a bracing walk, but I'm sure it is really lovely in the summer.
