Farm to table Tuscan cooking school located 30 minutes north of Pisa. I just spent the most amazing week here at their Advanced Cooking school. First, the location; you are in a beautiful old farm house tucked away in the Tuscan country side. Second, the chefs are world class Sandra Lotti and Christopher Covelli are both exceptional chefs and teachers.... More

We just returned from our trip and the week we spent at Toscana Saporita was the highlight of our travels in Italy. Our expectations were exceeded every single day! Every single several course meal was like going to a five star restaurant. No matter you skill level, you will learn a lot every day. Sandra, Chris, Greg, Scarlett, Mike, Alessio,... More

This is a very special place to go if you love food or love to cook, no matter your skill level. The basic program includes morning cooking classes and visits to nearby towns in the afternoons, as well as wine and olive oil tastings and a truffle hunt with a meal based on truffles. It was fun, relaxing, indulgent, informative,... More

What a wonderful way to spend some or all your vacation! Fun fun fun! Learn Italian cooking and tips with some or no experience. Great staff that helps and guides you thru the lessons each morning. Lunch follows and then tours every day that explore the area(local and seaside). Enjoy dinner each night after a rest following the touring. It's... More

I just returned from my trip and am pleased to review the Tuscana Soparita Cooking School. The session I attended lasted for a week and typically the first half of the day is cooking and the second half is sight-seeing. It's a perfect vacation for food lovers!! Everything is included...all transfers, lodging, nearly every meal, class instructions, and guided touring.... More

I stayed for only a few days at this cooking school and was so impressed! The school is located just outside of Pisa on a gorgeous working farm and stables. You stay onsite in beautiful apartments (there is even a pool!). Every day you have cooking classes which are taught by the owner Sandra and her assistants (and son). The... More

I visited this school last year. After telling my niece and her daughter about it they said"Would you take us this year?" How could I resist that request? Once again it was wonderful. Three delicious meals a day. A wonderful lesson every day. An afternoon adventure to neighboring areas and a day Truffle hunting. I would go back again. Thanks... More

I went to Toscana Saporita with my mom and her aunt for a week. I love to cook and bake; everything we ate and made was the most amazing food ever. The entire trip was extremely memorable. The people who work at Toscana Saporita are the most incredible, loving, and talented people and it was a huge pleasure to spend... More

My husband and I just got back from our fifth trip to Toscana Saporita. Sandra Rosy Lotti is the director of the school, as well as being a chef instructor, along with an excellent crew, who teach everything from knife skills to pasta, risotto, sauces, and delectable desserts. We love every minute of our time at the school...from the warm... More

This cooking school experience was 5-star. Everything was organized but flexible. Sandra is very engaging and gave us a true appreciation of Italian food and culture. We were immediately greeted by Scarlet, even though it was her free day. All of the teachers were encouraging and took us at our skill and interest level. My goal was to learn how... More
