This is a hidden gem. Such a pretty garden - very well maintained and signed. If you like gardens or just looking for a bit of serenity, then this is for you. I would have loved to try the cafe but I was on Granny...More

Gorgeous garden. Blissful hour wandering around and then a lovely lunch at the cafe. Highly recommended.

For a nature lover who want a quiet walk, small enough so it is too much especially for the elderly. See the wonderful flowers and plants carefully tended by volunteers. A wonderful cafe , sitting outdoors among the plants with wonderful cakes to finish the...More

Charming little place in the middle of Auckland. Less than 20 minutes by car from our hotel downtown. We came across it place by chance, and boy, how glad we were that we did. Flowers everywhere, a magnificent sight to behold.

A nice getaway in the heart of Auckland. Small at entry but there is a large area to explore inside the garden. A cafe is also available. Good service and good coffee.

A large garden in a former quarry but not most of the flora and fauna are not labelled. Also not very well maintained compared to other similar attractions.

Got a deal on Grab One for entry to the gardens and a hot drink per person at the cafe. Great we thought, meet there for brunch and then have a stroll around the gardens. Wrong! Got there for 10.30am really ready for something to...More

I expected a big garden, but it is not, so it is not a lot of walking, if you dont like, but it is definitely worth visiting. Big variety of native New Zealand trees and flowers, small waterfall, on the top very nice view over...More
