Easy to find; friendly and willing staff. The ‘tour’ must at best be small, and when they’re busy can’t happen. But the tastings were good and very reasonably priced. We spent a very happy hour or so. You do need a driver, or be prepared...More

If you’re on holiday in Kefalonia, the Gentilini Winery and Vineyard is well worth a visit. Half of our group went into the vineyards and had a really interesting talk from Nora (the young lady who runs the tours); whilst the other half of our...More

I'm really into wine tasting so I decided to take a few tours. I went to Sclavos Winery and Gentilini. This winery is beautiful, the hosts extremely knowledgeable and polite, really enthusiastic about their product. The tour of the vineyard and the cellars and then...More

Wow, what a place. Tried a wide variety of local wine in a fabulous tranquil setting. Nora was perfectly knowledgeable and guided us through the delectables. The bread cheese and nibbles was amazing. What a way to begin a Kefalonia trip!

This vineyard has a wine tasting approach which is different from most. You pay Euro 5 or more depending on how many wines you'd like to try, but for that consideration, you enjoy a talk through the wine, and some lovely cheese and bread, olive...More

We are delighted to hear that you enjoyed your time at Gentilini. Our wines are in the upper price bracket as we are a boutique winery which strives for quality over quantity, and which is why our wines are exported all over the world. We...More

Very friendly and informative and wine was good. Also provided a small platter of cheese and bread to go with the wine and Nora was very helpful.

A lot of marketing behind Gentilini Wines :) Nora, the host is very nice and always willling to help, but the wines are not so good even if they say that the production is 100% bio. The prices are very high, we checked the prices...More

Great wine, passionate makers and a brilliant little spot to sit and sample the current wine. The staff are attentive and really nice. Check out their family Olive oil and Balsamic vinegar too it's very good.

This was without doubt, the highlight of our “attractions” in Kefalonia. It’s pretty low-key and - obviously - geared to those who find learning about wine, (as well as drinking it), interesting. Gentilini is a family-run, relatively small-scale business, that focuses on quality rather than...More

Sorry about the spelling/grammar. I'm not uneducated but I have been out for the day "increasing my wine knowledge" - if you catch my drift.

The best way to come to the winery is by taxi or rent a car!! 3km from svoronata or 8 km from argostoli Buses are unreliable and can result to delays
