Living in Canberra unfortunately means that you run out of things to do and see pretty quickly so a walk in the Gardens is better than nothing oh and its free but as per usual you get stung by the parking. Gardens are ok but...More

Having visited a lot of botanic gardens this one is a wowonderful natural gardens with great examples of forest gullies, a childrens walk, glasshouses, and the cafe is good too

If you like native plants, you'll like these gardens. Coming from Melbourne I guess we've been a little spoilt with our wonderful Botanic Gardens - I found these ones a little dissapointing.

A wonderful setting for a plethora of plants the gardens provide a respite on a warm day and a cool evening Jazz festival. The gardens have a wonderful restaurant under a gazebo.

Middle of winter so not much colour about. Most of the grounds were well maintained. The glass house is beautiful.

Hello, Yes we have electric mobility scooters available at the Visitor Centre. They can travel through the highlights of the Gardens on the Main path.

Unfortuntely, as we are a Commonwealth reserve, there are no dogs or other pets allowed in the Gardens.
