Good little workout. It takes around an hour to get there (we live in Queanbeyan). The walk itself took us 1 hour and 15 minutes because I stop a lot to take pictures. This was our second time doing the walk and it was alright...More

The dirt road leading into the car parking site has been improved since my last visit, so we were able to drive in much closer. The start of the walk is gradual until you come to the first in a series of steps. Due to...More

This walk is easy to access; most of the road to the start is sealed; just a couple of kms of gravel road at the end but well within the capabilities of our 4-cylinder city car. There is a not-too-difficult steady climb up to the...More

Just a short walk to a deeply moving environment. Go alone at dusk and dawn and you can feel the spirituality of this tranquil place.

A challenging walk so definitely not a leisurely activity but the view from the top is worth it! Good to do with friends or older children.

I was a bit apprehensive about the walk after reading some of the reviews... but the walk wasn't too tough. It is mostly steps on the way up, but not too long (took about 40 mins to get to the summit, and we were taking...More

Okay we are in our fifties so we found this a pretty tough walk. Our hearts were pounding in our ears as the walk is all steeply uphill without any plateaus. If you're a tad older, take it easy, have regular breaks and make sure...More

Hi! I don't think dogs are allowed because it's in a national park (but I'm not 100% sure)

No it does not cost money to enter the park and there are no closing times as you can camp overnight in designated camping grounds
