A cliff top coastal walk, the Bondi to Coogee walk extends for six km in Sydney’s eastern suburbs. The walk features stunning views, beaches, parks, cliffs, bays and rock pools. The beaches and parks offer a place to rest, swim or a chance to eat at one of the cafes, hotels, restaurants or takeaways. All beaches offer picnic shelters, electric barbecues, play areas, kiosks, toilets and change-rooms. The walk is not difficult, there are medium gradient paths and several staircases with occasional seating. It takes about two hours to complete the Bondi to Coogee Beach section of the walk and another hour and a half if you choose to continue to Maroubra.

We've done this walk many times. The views are stunning, great for families with kids of all ages. A must for visitors. Can get quite crowded on nice days and parking may be a giant pain in your derriere but otherwise, your camera will get an awesome day out. Make sure you bring a spare SD card. Some of the... More

This is such a wonderful and beautiful coastal walk. Anytime of year it is accessible and very enjoyable. Plenty of places to stop along the way for food, coffee, swims, drinks or to relax and take in the view. I highly recommend it to anyone and everyone!

This is a classic walk to enjoy with friends, family or as a couple. A great way to enjoy this is to park at either Coogee or Clovelly & walk to Bondi, have lunch in one of the many cafes, we went to the Bondi Icebergs & walk lunch off with the return. A highly recommended activity for a day,... More

Every Sunday we did this walk, its truly lovely. Not only for the exercise , views are superb but the history as you walk around grave yards and pass old buildings. Not all of the walk is easy, there are narrow pathways, uneven and some parts pot holes need to be a little careful especially after rain.

A lovely walk, a must on a nice day . Allow time to take in the scenery. Some parts a little bit of an uneven surface and narrow in some places. This didn't distract us too much from the amazing scenery.

This is a superb coastal walk linking all the bays from Bondi to Coogee. A very popular walk for walkers and runners, it provides some great places to view the surfers at some of the bays. Note that in June 2016 some of this walk was out of action due to the damage done by a recent storm.

This walk is across the headland where you get to see the beautiful pacific ocean. Along the way, you will also walk across Bronte and Tamarrama Beaches where you can sneak in and have a great coffee, pastry and adore the magnificent view. The landscape in undulating and magnificent. Cost you nothing to do it too

The Bondi to Coogee coastal walk is relatively easy and a great outing for a weekend (or midweek) stroll with fine views and a brunch or lunch at a Coogee cafe. When 'Sculptures by the Sea' are on (watch newspapers for timing) it is an even more enjoyable - but generally more crowded - outing. Easy to use public transport... More

This is a great leisurely walk perfect for pretty much all fitness levels - best mid-morning in the summer - weekends can be a bit hideous with so many people. You can break the walk up by starting at the southern end of Coogee, popping up for a coffee then come back to the walk then head on to Bondi... More
