Spanning the city center to the North Shore, the Sydney Harbour Bridge is a wide steel arch bridge known for its beauty as well as function, providing a crossing for cars, trains, bikes and pedestrians. While the more daring can do the BridgeClimb to the top of the structure, opened to traffic in 1932, anyone can enjoy a walk for free.

We booked the climb months before our arrival in Sydney. It was fantastic. Make sure you leave about 3 hours for this as with the suit up and pre-climb checks it all takes time. Sean (not sure if that is how he spells his name) was great as our Lead Climber. He was both funny and Informative. He took photos... More

The Harbor Bridge is one of Sydney's primary sights - and accessible. One can climb the bridge as part of a guided tour which I found quite thrilling. I was lucky that the weather was warm and sunny. Despite these favorable circumstances once one ascends to he bridge's arch there is quite a bit of wind which with the accompanying... More

First attempt at this humungous climb seemed daunting from the start, but with the expert help and assistance from our guide it was as easy as it was enjoyable. Spectacular views and breathtakingly beautiful vista from all angles, We did the evening climb. 7pm so got the best of both, daylight and evening splendour with all the light of the... More

Nice view, you can walk the pedestrian walk for free if you don't want to do the climb. A bit loud traffic and train noise.

One of those trips that you have to do! Outrageously expensive but good fun! It was well conducted and a great audio guide from our Trip Leader. We went on a warm day and it was not windy. I am not a great one for heights but actuallly felt quite comfortable during the tour. Not sure how they get away... More

The walk across the bridge seems challenging at first but on a nice cool day it really is very enjoyable. The tour guides advice you to walk it one way and then take the ferry back but if you have the time you can easily walk it both ways.

Wow, what a sight. We began by walking around under the bridge, as this location was originally a fortified military area and settlement. We then worked our way up the bridge, eventually walking across and back. [We never really considered the BridgeClimb, and I’m glad we didn’t. It was extremely windy going across the bridge, and it just didn’t look... More

got to experience the sunset climb, was breathtaking, hard work but well earnt, if you do anything in Sydney you must do this! you learn about this history of the bridge while you climb, and the climb is paced well so your not out of breath or tired too quickly.
