Neat thing about this area is the little "shortcuts" in back ally's that used to be haunted by gangs in the old days to fleece the unwary. Tiny little shops tucked in all sorts of spaces.......another way to see the rock area.

So this is a street inside the Rock's. It was named such because the first hospital was located here and there are all sorts of signs in order to commemorate this. Having said that, it seems that now there are a lot of jewelry shops...More

The nurses walk is a very interesting walk that runs along the court yards behind the rocks and adjacent to appetito's italian restaurant. It's always interesting to for a stroll here.
