Take a ferry, have lunch at Doyle's and then walk along the water to Parsley beach or to the lighthouse... really very very pretty! Don't forget to walk to Vaucluse... and see the wonderful homes on the way.

Watsons Bay, The Gap and South Head. Only 20 minutes on the ferry from Circular Quay. Make sure to pick the Seafood Platter at Watsons Bay Boutique Hotel - so yummy!

Visited on the ferry and it was recommended that we try the fish and chips and we were not disappointed. Make sure you check the times of the return ferry.

Great ride on the ferry to get there (great views), though not a lot to do once you get there - seems very popular though so maybe I'm missing something.
