Spent two nights in there over the holidays, Burrows waterhole is a very nice spot caught one lil fish, walked upstream for a cople hours one day and seen a few carp in the ponds, think the place needs a good flush out ! Lots of Dear and Kangeroos !

The park tracks are not actually so rough, but they have lots of sharp rocks. You definitely need a 'heavy' 4WD, i.e. high clearance, low range and really good tyres. I spent most of the time going up and down in gear range, only because I really wanted to crawl over the many sections of rough and sharp rocks, and... More

We walked the old 4-wheel drive track to the Red Rock Gorge, then the old 4-wheel drive track back. Locals at the pub were confused by the use of the old and new terminology as the "new" track is 30 years old. It was beautiful and if you are walking at this time of year do take a layer as... More
