I did this ride sometime ago during the day and wasn't overly impressed. Found myself in a position to do it again, this time at night, and it was much nicer with all the buildings lit up at night.

Our children had been talking about going on the wheel for some time - under the pretence of taking the grandchildren. We used an offer to bring the cost down by half and that made it very worthwhile. The young grandchildren loved being up high and the adults enjoyed the slow air conditioned ride as we say Brisbane from a... More

the wheels itself was not as big as the one melbourne. but as a compensation, you got a 3 times rotating the wheels bcause it's not only small but also fast rotating wheels. located in the famous brisbane southbank parkland so its close to anykind of transportation. nest to pagoda and queensland museum. it's a good place to get a... As we live in Brisbane and have been on many wheels overseas thought we should try one on our home town. We got a 2 for 1 deal with shopper docket. $20 admission for both of us. Line non existent the night we went, so no waiting time. Air-Conditioned cabin. Photo taken before you board which is ready when you... More

Just great views of Brisbane at a slow pace. The gondolas are air-conditioned and have a well-informed commentary.

Ok, so this is super touristy, but the kids loved it. Plus it is not a bad way to get a birds eye view over Brisbane. But it is quick, only about 30 minutes all up, maybe less. Plus it is priced a little on the high end for what you get. $57.00 for 2 adults and 2 kids under... More

You get individual air conditioned carriages/pods with a commentary that goes with the map/leaflet you are given on entry. We got to go round several times and it's a great way to get a feel for The South bank and it's surrounding areas

you get to do a good few loops so realx and sit back. Usually get a capsule per couple or your own little group which is nice. Difficult to take photos through the slightly scratched perspex - but hey... safety first I guess.

Reasonable value compared to some attractions, but views really weren't that great. You go round quite quickly, several times. The best part was when we stopped at the top to let others on down below and we actually got to look around.

Ok it not the London eye but it's also not London eye price either. This is a must do in Brisbane either during the day or at night. Great views along the river, but of course it's always too short!

Thank Denise S
