The temporary exhibitions are great - the permanent ones are getting a bit tired and in need of a little refresh. But still fun and educational.

Lots of hands on activities for kids to try and play with. Science lesson was good in the classroom. Interesting animal displays.

This is a great place. The kids loved all of the different activities. I would have preferred to know that there was a school group in there. We would have looked in the museum and come back when they left.

School holidays - the exhibition was Gladiators, with lots of stuff from Rome. Kids loved it. Adults too. Very well set up, and lots of other cool science stuff for the history or space nerd. Okay, we adults loved it too!

Really great centre in a brilliant location. While the focus of many exhibits was on kids, there was lots to think about as an adult. The centre is not particularly large (although we didn't see the outdoor area until we had left the building). Happy...More
