Situated in popular Oxford Street, a suburban village with tree lined streets occupied by cafes , restaurants, fashion & lifestyle shopping. It has a pleasant relaxing feel. You can get to Oxford Street by Citycat ferries. No need to book online for cheap tickets. We...More
Cinema 1 and 2 are the original old ones. We had luck and watched a movie in cinema one. The cinema is so cheap that everybody can effort it ( Tuesday 6.5$ per adult)
I’m totally convinced from this cinema.
Lovely older family run cinema. Reasonably priced tickets and candy bar. Sometimes difficult to get a car park. Would be lovely if cinema could upgrade chairs with arms that lift to cater for above average sized people. Will still return regarless.
Show good films mainly outside school holidays, good for families in school holidays. There is a cute oldie worldie cafe inside, or lots of trendy cafes or restaurants on the street. Not trendy but cheap & cheerful, comfortable seats, pleasant staff.

I was just cleaver to avoid the long queues as I have booked the tickets via...More

Classic cinema complex in Bulimba. Very reasonable prices (both in terms of tickets and snacks). Comfy leather seats, although no holder for our (large) popcorn. Screen was somewhat small, but the view was unobstructed. Overall a great experience, will be back!
Regularly visit this cinema, and it's sister just down the road at hawthorne. These are older cinemas, family owned and run. They are still comfortable enough without the glitz of the bigger cinema chains. The main attraction is the price. At $6.50 per adult midweek,...More
I go to the place very often as its price is cheap but a nice place for movie.

The Balmoral Cineplex is my favourite morbid theatre in Brisbane. It is SO cheap it's crazy. Such a classic cinema with old style seats and curtains being pulled across the screen before the movie starts, it's really an event going there. The chic tops are...More
