The ONLY thing I loved about this tour was the Port Douglas Raintree Wildlife Sanctuary and getting to hold a koala bear... The rest of the tour was boring and TOO much time was spent on the bus; this was like a 12 hour tour and just painful since I couldn't get off. This was supposed to be small personalized... More

In short, yes I was picked up on time etc but the activities I completed were not great. The animal sanctuary was pretty average, you can get the usual staged pictures with some animals (for a price of course) The jungle tour / walk took less than 12 minutes, not that I was too bothered as I had 2 whole... The whole tour was such a great experience. Such an incredible opportunity to throw a boomerang, cuddle koalas and kangaroos and experience some true Indigenous Culture at the Rain Forest station. The food was also amazing and came in the plenty, the buffet got constantly refilled and went down nicely! Kuranda was also incredible. The Butterfly Sanctuary was simply beautiful!... More

From cairns to kauranda on a beautiful old train. As you travel along the tracks up into the mountians. You are told of the hardship and history of building a rail line high up into the mountains on high edges and slopes. All done with pick and shovel. Lovely old train with decor of its era. Stopping at a look... More

What a fantastic day from start to finish, so well organised and packed full with exciting things to do! Our driver/guide was Adrian and he was so cheerful and informative. From the moment he picked us up from our apartment (Villa Vaucluse) to the time he dropped us back he kept us advised of what was happening, handing out literature... More

From the start to the end of our tour, we truly enjoyed it. The coach driver who took us to and from Rainforest station was a Gem - very informative and has great humour. I learnt a lot at Rainforest station. Wow...about Cassowary...Boomerang throwing...about crocodiles...Native dance..etc Plus the buffet lunch was delicious, I really enjoyed my salads. Spent an enjoyable full day with James our experienced, knowledgeable and good natured tour guide and driver. Toured the Wildlife Habitat in Port Douglas to introduce us to native wildlife. Good lunch in Cape Tribulation and had a chance to stretch our legs on the Cape Trib beach and on the boardwalk tours through the rainforest.

This was a great tour that gave us a feel for the different animal species in and around Cairns and the Daintree Rainforest was beautiful. However, I was a little disappointed in the zip lining. It was very safe, but there wasn't much "adventure" to it. The lines are fairly close together and we had a large group so there... More

Having never been to Kuranda before was unsure what to expect but was such a good day! So much there to see - heaps of different wildlife places which I loved and the train + skyrail were both so interesting! Even got to stroke a baby dingo whilst there which was the highlight of the day!
