This is a nice Sunday market. It’s great to see some local crafts and produce. The jewellery stalls have some nice things and one or two clothing stalls are good, but they’re not cheap. Several stalls are also at the Cairns Esplanade Markets during the...More

I went here early in the morning, and yes the market is big and it will take you a while to walk around..and it's great if you like shopping. There are lots of stalls, selling everything from massages to t shirt to bracelets, opals, drinks...More

Heard a lot of reviews so we had to visit. Well laid out and plenty of stalls to choose from but seemed to lack variety. Plenty of food, jewellery stalls and a few clothing stalls but thats about it. Was a nice stroll for a...More

Nice market but nothing amazing. Nice product, most of them are local. Some cheap fruit and vegetable. But too many turistic spot.

I really liked this market as it came across as local products, local people and a relaxed atmosphere. A lot of markets these days have a lot of mass produced items from China - so this was totally refreshing & a nice change. I had...More

We were a bit disappointed in the market though we went late in the morning and it was hot there. The food was Ok, some nice fresh juices, but the stalls were not appealing to us in general.

I think it is the same kind "pottery" man who helped us. If so his stall was at the Tin shed end of the market. I hope you find him.
