I chose to book with Groovy Grape for the Great Ocean Road/Grampians tour for several reasons and was sorely disappointed with the trip. The sights were nice and I took some great pictures, but that's about all I got out of it. The guide, Mark, became grumpy and irritable throughout the trip. He was occasionally very rude to some of... More

This is tour is perfect for Backpackers! I met so many wonderful people even though I was traveling by myself and had an absolute blast! The guide (Jade) was so much fun! It was obvious throughout the trip how much he loved his job! His sweet playlists keep even the longest drives exciting! The food was really good too and... More

This week I jumped on the Rock Patrol tour from Adelaide to Alice Springs. The trip was absolutely awesome, each day was filled with great activities, there were so many once-in-a-lifetime moments, and I saw nothing but smiles from all 19 passengers over the six days. Although visiting the outback was an experience in itself, our tour guide Andy definitely... More

Went on 3 day Melbourne to Adelaide tour. Brilliant tour. Lovely food and snacks...great variety-catered well for vegans. Guide (Stuart) was very knowledgable, fun, and chilled-very open minded to questions and suggestions along the way, with brilliant attention to detail.. highlights included swimming in Mckenzie Falls, sunset on 12 apostles, and the rainforrest walk. Also went solo but met a... More

Avoid if possible, this company was supposed to pick us up in a specific bus stop, we were there 15 min before the scheduled time and nobody showed up. After many calls they agreed to wait for us halfway to their facilities so a friend took us there on his car, 40 min trip, just to find out they left... More

Did 3 tours with Groovy Grape. Both good and bad. I'll list them below. Rock 2 Water: First of all our tour guide, Sam, what a legend! This guy has set the bar REALLY high for tour guides! He was really funny and entertaining, had a lot of knowledge about and respect for all our destinations and about the aboriginal... More

Recently I have done the Great Ocean Road tour and the Outback Tour with Groovy Grape Tours. It was a great experience, the tour guides on both tours were fantastic, thanks Altair & Andy! The food on the tours was great and enough variety. All activities were fantastic and organised very well. I could recommend everyone to do these tours!

Went on the Great Ocean Road tour (3 days) and a trip from Adelaide to Alice Springs (6 days). Both were fantastic! Got to see and experience so much with great groups of people. I was looking forward to the outback tour a little more than the Ocean Road but I found both equally fantastic. When in Australia these are... More

We participated in the tour and listened to great detailed stories of our tourguide (Andy) about Aboriginess and as well countless jokes about anything else. Ulurua, Kata Tjuta and King's Canyon were simply amazing to look at and hike around. But also the opal mine town Coober Pedy was interesting especially the cave houses and the kangoroo orphanage. Andy is... More
