Booked this 2.5 hour kayak visit of Hobart harbour starting in Sandy Bay at the last minute and was treated to a really lovely experience. We called in the morning, and confirmed for a 4 pm tour (they run twice a day - 10 am and 4 pm). We luckily had unseasonably hot weather and fairly calm waters, which made... More

Fantastic experience and best way to see Hobart's beautiful harbour. Fortunate to enjoy local fish and chips with a friendly Australian fur seal - wow!

Straight from the airport on a cold summer day we went for a 2 hrs kayak with Sue our guide. It was amazing paddling about round the historical hobart bay and wharf, leaning about local history, while getting much need exercise and beautiful sceneries. Our guide was very accommodating and friendly, always taking the time to look back and wait... More

We did the "Wilderness on Water 3Day Exploration" trip, starting with a flight to Melaleuca airstrip and spending our time paddling 2 person sea kayaks around the glorious SW of Tassie. The guides were great fun and kept us safe, happy and well fed. The accommodation was a real surprise. You just don't expect a queen size bed with inner-spring... More

My partner Gail and I did the tour from Marieville Esplanade in Sandy Bay to the Hobart harbour - and back! Perfect weather and super guide in Damien. He made the afternoon really fun. Even though we were all beginners, you felt like everything was being explained to you by a friend. Gail had been talking about trying kayaking and... More

My husband and I did the Tasman Peninsula tour - we had a wonderful day! Pip and Reg were lovely and very knowledgeable about all sorts of things in the area. I'm a novice kayaker (though have done some 3 day canoe trips and own a SUP) but did not find it difficult to keep up with the group at... More

The tour guide Damien ("Damo") really knows his local knowledge and the history of Tasmania. My wife and I expected a fun afternoon but what we got was much better. We were "roaring" with laughter and even had fish and chips on the water! A great experience and well worth doing again when I'm back in Tassie!

My partner and I booked the 'Cliffs, Caves, and Beaches' day tour by sea kayak. Despite the mixed weather (heavy showers one minute, 30 degrees C clear skies the next!), we had a fantastic day! We were met bang on time at the town information centre by the minibus and introduced to the very friendly guides. The bus went on... More

Very good coastal paddle on Fortesque Bay, our experience at "the candle" was next to none. Pip and Tori were easy to spend the day with and engaged with all their clients. Lunch was superb.

Thank you Malcolm, Glad to hear you had such a wonderful day on our Tasman Day paddle! :) We agree - the geology of the area - the massive dolerite sea cliffs and sea stacks -such as the Candlestick - are such an interesting and exciting location to paddle! ...Especially if any inquisitive seals are following the kayaks...and you have...
