While staying in nearby Jurien Bay we decided to do a short trip out here in search of wild flowers. We were not disappointed, although early in the season the numbers we saw was quite impressive. Sadly as it was constantly raining we decided not...More

Easy drive from jurien bay. Well set out. Nice drive. The walking tracks were too long for my tired kids. One had injured her knee on arriving at the park (just by being a kid and falling over) so we missed out on that. Toilets...More

This is a pretty national park popular in the wild flower season. At the end of August the flowers were coming out and it was very pretty and the weather just right for a hike up Mt Lesueur. A very pleasant way to spend a...More

Unless you have nothing better to do, it's not worth it in August. Pretty much no flowers, nothing much really. Spotted some kangaroos, that was the highlight. Make sure you have $12 in cash to pay at the entrance .

We visited the park in early October 2016 - it was an excellent time to visit, not too hot, not too many flies, and with a wonderful profusion of wildflowers. That said, it was evident that some of the flowers including the banksias were already...More

We were here this time last year (Oct) and only had time to drive the Lesueur Scenic Drive loop, but the wildflowers were beautiful. Next time we will go back on a cooler day to do some of the walks, maybe in September when all...More
