My daughter absolutely loved the play area for kids at the zoo. Overall it was quite a nice zoo and beat our expectations. Was the only place in NZ that we actually got to see kiwis moving about actively in their enclosure.

Awesome place. Reasonable prices. Lots of keeper talks. Easy to find yourself round the place. Lots of interesting facts about the animals.

The Zoo is great for children and adults too. Very well set out. Loved the meerkats and large bird enclosure. Plenty of scope throughout the zoo for good photographs.
