Took my 2yr old daughter here one Saturday morning... She loved it! The water temp was very warm in the kids pool and still nice and warm in the main pool means kiddies don't get too chilly. From the waves, to tipping buckets and a hydroslide when accompanied by an adult there is plenty to offer the little ones. I'll... More

This also is a venue that I used to visit regularly but haven't been for a few years. Although it is small it functions well. The staff were friendly and helpful and if the kids want to play in the wave pool or on the water slide this is safe and works well. The main pool is a bit under-utilised... More

we really enjoyed our trip to the Aquatic centre - the refurbishment is great. as usual the kids enjoyed the slide. only sour note was a very domineering male lifeguard who the children were a bit intimidated by, and an Asian lady stripped completely in the communal ladies changing room, using a hair dryer to dry herself! the rest of... This place has been left to deteriorate over the last few years. The management company (CLM) just take the money (as they do with other pools they run for Auckland council) and spend as little as possible on even just maintenance let alone improvements. Its expensive for what you get and most of the things dont work. On the day... More

this pool has been tired and grubby for some time. today there were bolts from broken slides poking up under the water, rusty bolts on broken kids play equipment and sand bags piled under the water. when this is added to the numerous balls of hair, dirty hot pools and uninterested staff it makes this pool one to miss.

I have visited several times and have never had a problem with swimming laps in the 25m pool. The spa and other facilities are included in the rather expensive $8.10 entry fee for adults. Happily, there is an "adults only" spa as well as one for kids and adults. Locals have strongly advised me to make use of the $2... More

Pools have great wave pool, but the complex is looking tired, and needs a bit of a tidy up. Kids loved it.

For a community pool it's not cheap adult entry. It's also really frustrating that the 25m lap pool is often rented out. I've been there with 8 swimmers and 2 water walkers all crammed into a single lane - ridiculous! if you're just going to muck around with kids then there's a kids pool, a hydroslide, and spa so I...
