First Impression not so good. More to the area than first thought. When you park and look around you see there is more to the area than expected. Picnic areas and interesting wetland walks then on to beach. Most enjoyable. Walks are easy. Children would love it too.

We had a nice time with little kid walking around the bush and backwater. . I would suggest any family with kids to bring in in their picnic pack and enjoy the bush and backwater.

Boardwalks meander through the Reserve and there are lookouts from various points looking out to... More

We stopped on our travels and had a lovely walk around (albeit not very long as had two under 5's). Had a lunch out on a blanket and felt calm amongst the beauty that was around us.

Right on my doorstep - a lovely walk through a wetland area with many different types of birds. One of the places to see Godwits.
